Dispatch Manager

Job Title: Dispatch Manager Location: PretoriaSalary: R15,000 per month (Net)Vacancy Type: Full-Time Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:2+ years proven experience in dispatch or logistics, in the meat/food industry.Knowledge and experience with inventory management and stock control systems.Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
Beneficial requirements:Diploma/Certificates in a relevant field is advantageous.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Duties and responsibilities:The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and timely delivery of goods, manage the dispatch team, and maintain efficient stock handling processes.Manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Supervise, train, and motivate the dispatch team to ensure high levels of performance.Maintain inventory control and ensure the accurate documentation of shipments.Collaborate with other departments to meet customer demands and optimize dispatch processes.Monitor compliance with health and safety standards in the dispatch area.
