This role oversees a portfolio of digital transformation initiatives, applying industry best practices in scoping, planning, staffing, execution, and road mapping.
You'll lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with organisational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver digital transformation projects using agile and design-thinking principles.Drive the execution of digital strategies, including AI and innovation initiatives.Develop and manage budgets for digital transformation programs.Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across organizational functions.Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to project teams.Ensure compliance with governance processes for project and portfolio management.Develop and implement performance metrics for project success and value realization.Create and communicate a digital transformation roadmap to align with organizational goals.Oversee the integration of emerging technologies to enhance organizational capabilities.Manage benefits realization and track project outcomes post-implementation.RequirementsSkills:Strong project and portfolio management expertise.Advanced proficiency in IT systems, cloud technologies, and digital marketing tools.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Leadership and mentoring capabilities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (essential).Industry certifications: PMI PgMP, PfMP, or Scaled Agile (advantageous).Master's degree (MBA) is advantageous.Experience:10+ years of project management experience with a focus on digital transformations.5+ years of portfolio management experience.5+ years in leadership roles.
