Digital & Social Intelligence Director Summary of the role:You will lead a data analytics team to deliver high-quality social media and digital data and insights to our clients worldwide. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team provides valuable insights and intelligence to improve our client's position and communication strategies. You will think holistically about the client's needs and how data can be harnessed across the organisation to deliver better insights and outcomes.The role will also require you to connect the Media, Content and Strategy teams – leveraging our advanced technologies and tools and introducing new analytical skills to create actionable insights that improve our strategic outputs. You will consult across all data & intelligence deliverables and own intelligence delivery towards other Ogilvy & WPP agencies for new business support and strategic insights.Day to day Main point of contact with clients to understand their business challenges and craft solutions combining our tools, methodologies, and capabilities.Build scope of work based on clients' and partners' briefings.Assign relevant resources & skillsets to incoming projects.Manage incoming demand to the Intelligence team, prioritising and assessing requests based on priority, capacity and the suitability of the request for the team.Develop and maintain ongoing partnerships with third-party tech vendors & explore new tools.Lead the implementation of upskilling & coaching programs for the team.Lead the analysis of social and digital media data through a set of tools (Synthesio, Rival IQ, GWI, SEMRush, Statista, Social Lab Proprietary Tools, etc.) based on client needs.Support planners in developing data-validated strategies bringing data richness to what consumers are 'saying', 'sharing' and 'searching' online.Design insightful reports and audits with actionable strategic recommendations.Client-facing for the presentation of intelligence workProvide guidance to deliver world-class work to clients.Establish strategic relationships with other markets to share data and intelligence and work together to achieve shared strategic objectives.Increase our local and international footprint through new business development, reputation and thought leadership. Scale the team to meet the global demand for our intelligence services,Drive the development of analytical capability across the team, proactively sharing knowledge and building networks.Be the owner of the intelligence technology stack.About youMin 8 years of experience in a digital strategy/research/data analysis companyMinimum three years in a team management role.Experience in social listening, social data analytics, social strategic planning, digital benchmarking, audience analysis and first-party data analytics.Strong research skills - understand how to apply qualitative and quantitative learnings towards actionable recommendations. Comfortable in growing senior client relationships and business.Flexible and open to work in an agile and fast-paced environmentProven ability to work under the pressures of an agency environment with fast-paced objectives and multiple client and internal asks.Self-reliant and accountable – you should be able to take strategic control of all accounts within your portfolio.We offerFull-time job within a growing and trendsetting agencyGlobal client portfolioAttractive package and benefitsContinuous trainings.
