Who we are: We provide self-development education and seminars to various industries.What we are looking for: A digital multimedia designer, an outgoing and confident individual who is passionate about design.What you will do:Create visually compelling digital content from concept to final applicationDemonstrate a keen understanding of technologies and creative strategies in the design and creation of graphical assets, templates and other creative content for all mediumsPerform quality assurance testing to verify the integrity of the user experienceWork in conjunction with the Creative Team and Director to develop new design solutions when neededMaintain consistent brand identity across all mediaWork seamlessly with all levels of staff and management in the department and organisation to help them articulate their message and translate those messages visually, incorporating the organisation brand in a creative and visually compelling wayEnsure quality control and attention to detail by proofreading all projects, visually and using spell check, checking and confirming links, etc. to produce accurate and high-quality workOccasionally coordinate with outside vendors as assignedWhat you must have:Ideally someone who has studied designed at a reputable institutionMin 3 years working experience as a Graphic Designer, predominantly digital designMastery of Adobe Creative SuiteKnowledge of print production and pre-press file preparationKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environmentCreative problem-solver who demonstrates initiative, energy, confidence and humour while maintaining a strong attention to detail and accuracyOnline portfolio required with examples of specifically digital work including videoHTML skills and experience a plusKnowledge of responsive design principles a plusVideo and audio editing skills
