As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns across primary platforms, including strategy, creation, implementation, and analysis of ad performance.Main ResponsibilitiesDesign, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital paid campaigns from conception to launch and reporting on YouTube, Google Search & Display, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies and goals.Provide actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders, including internal teams and clients.Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs for improvements.Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee day-to-day execution of paid media.Manage overall budget for paid media per client.Conduct keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting to meet client objectives.Present reports to clients on campaign performance.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies and strategies.Attend client and internal briefings.Manage administrative documents, files, and folders for paid media projects.Update project management tools like Trello and Slack.RequirementsMatric certification.Social Media Marketing Certification (advantageous).2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a paid media agency environment.Strong understanding of YouTube as a brand building platform and its functionalities, as well as best practice for running paid ads on the platform.Experience working on Google Ads, specifically search and video.Experience managing paid digital accounts.Experience managing paid digital campaigns with performance-driven goals (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn).Experience with Google Analytics and interpreting data.Passion for Digital Marketing.Ability to work with budgets and allocate them effectively across different types of online media.Experience working in a Media Agency within PPC / Google Ads / Search (advantageous).Experience with Google Analytics Goals and conversion set up (advantageous).Experience with Google Tag Manager and Keyword Planner (advantageous).Stable high-speed internet connection.Reliable transport with valid driver's license (essential).South African citizenship with a valid South African ID.Passion for YouTube and online video.Package and RemunerationThe Position: We're looking for an energetic Specialist.
The pay range on offer is R20,000 to R25,000.00 (Negotiable) Package Per Month.
