Increase targeted traffic to the Retail online store and increase conversions. Continually optimize and improve e-commerce performance and support brick-and-mortar branch promotions for Retail and Fuels national branches.QUALIFICATIONS:Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a Related FieldKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: 5 years experience in content creation in the digital space5 years experience managing marketing for an ecommerce storeAn in-depth understanding of social media marketing management including strategy development, paid advertising and content creation for the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedInKnowledge of Agricultural Industry in South Africa beneficialKnowledge of B2C sales concepts and applicationsThorough understanding of e-commerce digital marketing best practices including market research, targeting and retargeting techniques, campaign ideation and content development, search engine optimization, marketing reporting and analyticsIn-depth knowledge of Search Engine Marketing practicesSKILLS: Fluent in E-commerce digital marketing tools, including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Adwords, Google Merchant Centre, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush or equivalent.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Graphic design and video editing skills highly beneficial - Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro, Vimeo, etc.Excellent interpersonal and administrative skillsGood customer service and networking skillsGood organizational skillsKEY RESPONSIBLITIES:Implement an integrated social media strategy that supports the company's marketing objectivesCreate, sustain and grow brand awarenessProduce creative and original content (copy, captions, images, and video) for all social media platforms, while maintaining a consistent, high-quality brand imageRespond to followers' comments and questions across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer care.Stay up to date with the latest social media updates, trends, and collaboratorsCreate content reports and analyze dataDrive the blog content plans and develop newslettersResponsible for website updatesRequired to organize and coordinate tasks related to team-building and eventsMonitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and promotions.
