Junior Digital Designer Our client is looking for a talented digital designer to join the e-commerce team someone with a keen eye for detail who eats, sleeps, and breathes all things design.
The position is responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for the marketing team.
Skills & Requirements Qualification in digital design, graphic design or communication design Good knowledge of typography with attention to detail and a meticulous eye for layout Strong portfolio of design work specifically highlighting advertising Great Adobe suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) Proficient in Figma 1 3 years relevant industry experience Availability to work full time and on site (working remotely is not an option) Fluent in both English and Afrikaans You take pride in your work and get things done (not 98% done) Youve got loads of grit and youre eager to learn Exceptional organisational and time management skills The ability to perform well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines Own transport Responsibilities Translate marketing strategies into effective digital designs Work with E-Commerce Marketing team to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling campaigns and designs Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points Aligning web creative with digital content Maintain a strong and consistent brand identity
