Description Digital Adoption and Growth ManagerThis role is pivotal in driving effective collaboration with a variety of business leaders, technology leaders, product managers, data analytics, group and segment marketing and other key stakeholders focusing on digital adoption and go-to-marketing strategies to drive growth and usage. The role leads multidisciplinary teams with members in platforms, marketing, communication and change management. The role exists to help Old Mutual deliver the right digital solutions and ensure customers fully utilize these solutions. Key Performance Outcomes:1. Through thorough analysis, investigate, together with the relevant PO's where users are struggling with the adoption of new technologies and come up with solutions to address user concerns.2. Together with the Channel Platform team, the Digital Adoption and Growth Manager will use data points to inform prioritised features in line with customer demands and needs.3. Responsible for creating a culture rooted in data to enable decisioning and successfully attribute return on investment to Digital Adoption initiatives and activities.4. Set and achieve KPIs such that you can analyze set metrics to monitor digital adoption health to better understand why initiatives are working, identifying weak points and areas of improvement.5. Create, lead, deliver go-to-market (marketing & communication) strategy for digital solutions and/or features, functionality as and when the features and functionality lands.6. Lead the digital adoption change management approach which includes:• Developing an adoption roadmap with clear milestones, deadlines, and goals• Communicating with relevant stakeholders and coordinating with other parties throughout the organization• Managing risk • Cultivating support• Drive education & awareness for servicing ecosystem (advisors, call centre teams and branch teams)7. Drive digital adoption reporting through partnering with data analytics for all digital adoption related data & analytics. Reports to be at standard that they can be utilised in different forums including:a. MANCOb. BU Excoc. Digital Adoption Forum8. Digital adoption foruma. Facilitate the attendance of and visibility of OM South Africa digital adoption plans, activity, and outcomes per segment. The ideal candidate should have experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and understands how technology and digital channels business enablers are achieving digital sales results.
