We are a successful high performing team with an Investment Partnership with developer Hill delivering a range of projects from infill garage sites, estate regeneration and complex urban sites to a high sustainable standard.
We have a superb opportunity for a Development Officer to join our fabulous team where you will be well supported by a committed group of individuals with a can-do attitude. You will be involved in projects through all the development stages from site identification to managing defects alongside playing a key role in coordinating programme information, reviewing and reporting against the team’s targets.
We are looking for someone who:

Is committed to working in partnership with others to achieve results
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their persuasive verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritise their own workload as well as showing us how decisive and result orientated, they are.
