Job Position: Desktop IT Technician
Ref: 3698
Location: Port Elizabeth
Salary: R12 000 to R20 000 per month commensurate with experience
Qualifications / Requirements
1 year experience in IT Desktop Support
Minimum of 1 years Office 365 experience
A+ and N+ qualifications
Well presented and spoken candidate, who is looking to establish a career with a progressive and dynamic organization
Good work ethics and passion for IT required
Technical skills with:
Office 365
MS Office
Laptop hardware and network hardware
SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams
Key Performance Areas
Install, upgrade, support, evaluate and troubleshoot systems, server rooms, network applications, software and IT hardware
Diagnose and resolve Windows applications and networking problems
Customise desktop hardware
Provide desktop support
Create user accounts
Maintain SharePoint sites and manage user permissions
Maintain IT records and confidentiality
Track and create hardware software inventory
Provide backup systems, desktop and network support
