Make It PossibleYou will oversee demand planning activities for your assigned product families in your business unit. You will also lead the demand review process and driving interactions with the cross-functional teams.How you will contribute1. Regional Product Owner for implementing and sustaining AI/ML Forecasting across all AMEA BU's2. SPOC for capturing and defining business requirements from AMEA BU's for incorporation of the relevent drivers & levers into the modelling solution3. Manage product team - comprising of Data Scientist, Data Analysts, Data Engineering, ML OPS by setting the direction and roadmap for the team to deliver the solution4. Liasioning with Global Advanced Statistical Forecasting Team to understand the best practices across other regions5. Perform Governance with BU CS&L LT team to drive adoption and No Touch Forecasting (NTF) across markets6. Collaborate with MDS Plan Team to ensure seamless integration and all relevant planning data flow across APO, BI, Datahub, IBP7. Execute monthly RCA and action planning with BU Demand Teams & CAT Teams to drive continuous improvement to the forecasting models8. Perform analytics to recommend improvement opportunities for demand forecast accuracy9. Help develop and monitor Sales Forecast Accuracy (SFA %) and Sales Forecast Bias (SFB %) targets for BUs to ensure overall delivery for AMEA10. Help organize monthly connects with BU Demand Planning Leads11. Help organize regional Demand Planning KU network12. Support Central Analytics Team (CAT) projects to model our demand forecast using Advanced Stats / Machine Learning models13.
