Purpose of Position: Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Debtors Clerk Assistant for a fixed term contract based in New Germany, Pinetown. Candidates must have reliable transport to and from New Germany.Qualifications And Skills:Matric; Diploma in finance or equivalentAt least 5 years debtors and debt collection experience.Good knowledge of Excel.Own transport.Other Skills:Able to work under pressureAssist credit controller with debtors and debt collectionHave numeric and organisation skillsHave good communication skillsBe client and result orientedHave good analytical and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracyResponsibilities Include:Record payments & deposits received.Administer debtors refunds, statements, remittances and call for outstanding monies.Complete the debtors control sheet on a daily basis.Capture local and foreign debtor accounts receipts.Receive requests for journals to allocate receipts.Comply with the requirements of the quality management system.
