Debt Recovery Consultants - Rosebank Duties & Responsibilities Daily management of debts and collections - effective, systematic and prompt follow up of outstanding debt
Record all account activity i.e Client contact,inter-departmental interaction
Attend to all customer queries - internal staff & external clients by providing accurate advice on billing queries
Ensuring payment arrangements are made
Daily reporting 
Monitoring and ensuring  the Legal process is undertaken
Following up on defaulted payments
Building relationships with customers
Ensure that monthly collection targets are reached consistently
Manage your portfolio on day to day basis making sure that due process is followed

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Strong Customer Service Skills
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication and problem solving skills
Highly assertive individual that is target driven
Good command of the English language
MS Excel basic
Ability to converse fluently in at least two other official South African languages
Strong time - management skills
Dialler experience
Self-motivated and self-driven
Corporate collections and motor vehicle finance experience a distinct advantage
