Kindly note that application to the talent pool is treated accordingly and you may be contacted in the near future about this opportunity.About The Client:Our client, a debt collection company based in Bellville, is seeking debt collectors to join their team.Key Performance Areas:Achieve allocated collection targetsMeet productivity targets through effective communication and negotiationMonitor and optimize Promise to Pay (PTP) commitments dailyMaintain accurate debtor information and ensure proper account maintenanceApply laws, rules, and regulations relevant to the collections processHandle interactions with empathy, tact, and professionalismUnderstand and meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targetsTrack metrics such as number of calls made, productive hours, and Right Party Contacts (RPCs)Convert RPCs into PTPs and ensure PTPs lead to successful collectionsManage average PTP value effectivelyEnsure adherence to quality standards and compliance regulationsRequirementsRequirements:Matric CertificateMinimum 2 years experience in outbound debt collections, outbound sales, or outbound customer serviceClear criminal recordStrong communication skillsComputer literateFamiliarity with collections systems is advantageousSkills:Target-drivenHigh integrityStrong work ethicSelf-motivatedAbility to work under pressureReliableTime management skillsTeam playerIf you are ready to join a dynamic team and contribute to our client's success, please submit your resume and application form.
