The successful candidate will focus on managing and verifying debit order agreements for customers over the phone.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with client's post-sales call.Authorize, process and confirm client debit-order payments.Verify validity of account details.Confirm consent from client.Fill in customer information on our database where necessary.RequirementsA high degree of accuracy.Great attention to detail.Strong customer service skills.Must be able to understand and speak both Afrikaans and English fluently.2 – 3 years call centre experience (advantageous).The Ideal CandidateMatric or higher (Diploma, Degree, Certificate).Can adhere to weekly targets.Is driven to exceed team targets.Benefits Include:Jewish holidays + public holidays.Pension & Disability Fund.Male disability cover.Female gender-specific cancer coverage.5 days working week (Monday – Friday).Salary:This position is commission-based.
