Job Description

Achieving profit target for the DC by running the DC as a mini business unit through the driving of sales whilst controlling costs
Development and motivation of the FLSL’s with the purpose of achieving sales through sound business values
Manage assets with the assistant from sales support staff
Ensuring effective distribution of product to all outlets, to achieve customer satisfaction at all times
Achieve customer compliancy rate weekly as per company standard
Lead and direct team to achieve net objectives on a monthly basis
Instil a performance management culture
Achieve all KPIs

Qualifications/Requirements

Business related diploma (sales, marketing, business management)
3-5 years Managerial experience in FMCG environment
Valid Code 10 license with valid PDP license advantageous
