You will be joining our team to contribute to a growing reputation of innovative, agile, and world-class research whilst engaging with a range of clients across South Africa.Your responsibilities will include the following:Process data using different techniques.Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data sets.Manage and maintain data storage and security protocols.Use statistics and various data analysis methods appropriately.Use software to clean and transform data into usable formats.Deliver projects within timeline and data processing specifications.Collaborate with other stakeholders (internal/external) to produce results.Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide technical support to researchers.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advances in statistical software.ADDITIONAL KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:Taking the time to understand stakeholder (internal and external) needs, issues, or challenges.Pro-actively planning day-to-day activities for self.Make sure that you know what is expected of you and being pro-active in asking for help/advice when anything is unclear.Operate under data protection guidelines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Understanding of research methodologies and data analysis techniques.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
