Data Architect – Johannesburg – R700K To R900K

Requirements: Strong expertise in data modelling, database design, and data integration techniquesProficiency in data management tools, such as relational databases, NoSQL databases, data warehouses, ETL tools, etc.Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and security across the organizationDefine and enforce data access controls and permissions.Design and implement efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources into the data ecosystem.Collaborate with data analysts and business intelligence teams to design and optimize data structures for reporting and analysis purposes.Monitor and optimise data architecture performance, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.Creating and maintaining data visualizations, dashboards, and reports.Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.2-3 years experience with data governance, data security, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data processing (e.g., SQL, Python, Java).3-4 years experience in designing and implementing big data and analytics platforms like Hadoop and Apache Spark The Reference Number for this position is NG57966 which is a Permanent position in Johannesburg offering a salary of R700k to R900k CTC negotiable based on experience.
