Data & Analytics Manager

Job Description We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our data strategy and transform our data landscape as a Data & Analytics Manager .

You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from planning to execution, aligning with our Centre of Mastery Data Strategy .
Key Responsibilities Develop and drive the data strategy , ensuring alignment with business goals.
Lead and mentor a team of data professionals to enhance analytical capabilities .
Oversee the entire data product lifecycle , from ideation to implementation.
Provide data-driven insights that create business value and support decision-making.
Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to effectively communicate data strategies.
Implement best practices in data governance, analytics, and reporting .
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and risk management through data solutions.
Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously innovating and integrating new data technologies .
Drive cross-functional collaboration between business, technology, and analytics teams.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements .
Requirements Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
5–7 years of proven experience in an analytical role within the banking sector .
At least 2 years of experience in a management or team leadership role , focusing on team development and client interaction.
Strong track record of delivering complex analytical solutions .
Expertise in problem-solving through data analytics .
Experience managing a data product lifecycle , including planning, business cases, and execution.
Proven ability to work at strategic, tactical, and technical levels .
Background in technical data roles (e.g., Data Engineer, Data Architect, Data Scientist).
Ability to translate technical data concepts into business insights for senior stakeholders.
Experience conducting usability studies and customer research .
Preferred Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of business management experience in Data Management, Data Analytics, or Data Science .
5+ years in a senior leadership or strategic role within data management or analytics .
Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) .
