As part of its ambitious growth plan in the country, Atos is hiring a Cyber Security Leader, to start and grow the cyber security business in the country, supported by the global Cyber Security Division. ATOS offers the opportunity to work in an established, vibrant IT services group with the flexibility and entrepreneurial environment of a start-up business. Job Description: The Cyber Security Leader is an "entrepreneur" role in charge to establish and develop a profitable Cyber Security business in the country, based on the wide Atos cyber security portfolio. This position reports to both the ATOS Country General Manager, in charge of the Atos business for the country, and to the Big Data and Cyber Security Business Line Head for the MEA region. Role Expectations: Learn and understand the content and the value of the Atos Cyber Security Portfolio: Create connexions and network with the Cyber Security global team Learn the Atos cyber security portfolio and keep this knowledge up to date Identify the differentiators and key selling points of this offering - leverage the global cyber security experts when appropriate Be able to share and demonstrate the value of this offering to address customer pain points Understand the market and define a winning strategy on this market: Identify the current market expectations and the trends Define the vision and set the ambition for Atos cyber security in the country Identify the success factors to differentiate from competition and reach that ambition Define a step by step 3-year roadmap towards this ambition Quantify the associated business plan and have it validated by key stakeholders Identify opportunities and drive sales process to closure: Identify key accounts to focus on, leveraging the full Atos offering and strategy by industry, and define key offers to push Design and drive the associated prospection plan on these targeted accounts Apply consultative approach to identify customers needs and "pains" to be addressed When appropriate, engage consulting activities to support customers in defining their cyber security strategy and refining their project scope Manage pre-sales activity, leveraging both local and global presales teams Drive complex sales process, working with multi-sites cross-functional team, to successful closure Grow steadily and profitably the business by winning new accounts at targeted margins Build the local cyber security team, and use global delivery centers and local partners when appropriate: Attract talents and build a highly qualified cyber security team in the country, to progressively cover the following roles: Cyber security consultants Solution architects and presales Project managers and subject matter experts for delivery Manage cyber security employees satisfaction through appropriate recognition and development paths Leverage the global delivery centers to transfer knowledge on processes, tools and technologies, and when appropriate to deliver services directly from these global delivery centers Create a local network of cyber security technology partners, both to identify and win new opportunities and to deliver projects and services. In particular, leverage the Atos Cyber Security global partners that are present in the country Deliver successfully the won contracts: Deliver projects and services on time and at expected quality and SLAs Manage Customer Satisfaction Manage each project P&L and deliver as per budget Skill Sets: Build strong sales pipeline working with the sales team Delivery of projects on time and within budgets and ensure projects margin are met Meet project revenue milestones and thereby ensuring revenue targets are met for the country Ensure high-level customer satisfaction Define, track and communicate key project performance indicators including financial health, SLAs, customer and team satisfaction. Work/Professional Experience: ATOS seeks a professional with a strong "entrepreneur" attitude and a high level of energy and motivation to build and develop a new business in the country. This person must bring a strong experience in cyber security, ideally in most of the following areas: Cyber security Consulting and project management Information & IT Security Governance, risk management and compliance Large security systems strategy and architecture design Security Solution integration, planning and project management Cloud security Network and wireless security Vulnerability management, security testing Threat management (SOC) Threat hunting and analytical capabilities Managed security services, design, build and operations Cyber security technology solutions (SIEM, Anti-APT, ETDR, NGFW, WAF, ...) and vendors ecosystem CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, Experience and qualifications being considered include: Leadership skills, energy, self-motivation, values Strategic approach, vision Strong customer facing skills Ability to influence and motivate clients and employees, excellent oral and written communication skills Team player, management of diverse teams Driving change Track record in managing and growing a P&L Account management Program and project management experience Knowledge of a broad range of information technologies Excellent understanding of IT and its business implications Strong academic background Should you meet the above requirements, please send your full CV to ********** Here at Atos, we want all of our employees to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work.
