Customer Supply Specialist

Sweepsouth is a leading home services platform, connecting clients with cleaning and gardening professionals (SweepStars) through our pioneering technology platform (app).
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for both our customers and SweepStars.As the Tier 1 Customer Supply Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting the supply team achieve its objective of ensuring we have the right quality SweepStar in the right area providing high quality service.
You will focus on ensuring a steady supply of high-quality SweepStars, monitoring performance, and ensuring SweepStars are fully supported.JOB DESCRIPTION:1.OnboardingAssist with end-to-end recruitment campaigns to ensure a sufficient supply of SweepStars.Assist with the scheduling and execution of high-quality onboarding sessions for SweepStars.Ensure accurate documentation and verification of SweepStars' credentials and profiles: ensure tests are administered, reference checks done, clear photos and interviews are done.2.Operations and Issue Resolution (day to day)Monitor daily supply operations (Morning and evening logistics), ensuring SweepStars meet quality and compliance requirements.Assist support with replacements for same day cancellations to ensure 100% booking fulfilment daily.Address and resolve escalations related to SweepStar performance, cancellations, or system discrepancies.Collaborate with other teams to address system or operational issues impacting the supply flow.
Including reporting of worker app related issues.Assisting with zendesk requests, UCT/UCA's and worker callsSend out approved SweepStar messages on WhatsApp3.ReportingReporting of worker app related issues picked up.Report worker related finance queries and ensure resolution is reached.Report progress on special projects assigned to you.Report any blockers to the Supply Manager with insights and recommendations for improvement.HOW TO APPLY:If you are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!
