Auto req ID: 209067BR Job Description - Own the GTM model for the respective key accounts, & manages delivery of the end to end customer and logistics services in the supply function.
- Engage customer supply chain teams on senior level & identify areas of improvement and collaboration to drive productivity & service improvement.
- Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customer to use.
- Engage the Order management teams & align order processing with the customer expectations. Own the order to cash process within the supply chain function.
- Establishes & monitors customer service performance standards.
- To lead the cross functional collaboration agenda with commercial and other supply chain teams.
- To lead the customer teams by achieving great operational relationships with customer supply chain teams & commercial manager
- Develop a roadmap on customer engagement for respective key account, & ensure a multi-year journey is identified to drive productivity and services.
- To provide customer insight into the central supply chain team ensuring that the supply chain organization continues to meet or exceed customer expectations. This involves reviewing annual TAG surveys ratings.
- Lead or support execution of each element of this plan.
- Lead the review process of the success of each initiative post execution.
- Lead the identification & exploitation of supply chain efficiency opportunities – both tactically & strategically.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through the attendance of industry and customer specific development forums.
- Lead the implementations of best practice planning process across portfolios.
- Align internal & external service level measurements with customers, and engage on Joint Business Partner initiatives with commercial.
- Gain acceptance for organization,values,vision & objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements

- B Com Degree or Similar
- 10 years experience within FMCG industry,preferably in a customer facing role.
- Supply chain planning or commercial experience.
- Ability to have strategic thought processes to build and execute SC strategies for mutual benefit of both business and customer through a range of stakeholders
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to build complex solutions to challenging supply chain problems or opportunities.
