Job Details for the Call Center/Customer Service Representative:

Schedule: 8 hour shift between 7am-12am, 40 hours per week including weekends
MUST HAVE FLEXIBILITY WITH SCHEDULE
Pay Rate: $12.50/HOUR
Temporary to hire!

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Call Center/Customer Service Representative:

Receive inbound customer service calls
Basic website troubleshooting
Updating customer accounts

Job Requirements for the Call Center/Customer Service Representative:

Must have access to PC computer with Windows 10 and headset to receive inbound calls (Chromebooks & Macbooks NOT compatible)
Must have strong computer and website navigation skills
Must have flexibility in schedule
