OverviewCustomer Service and Sales Agent - EdenvaleSalary R14 000 - R16 000 per monthOur Client is looking for a self- driven individual with excellent customer service skills to join our fast-paced growing company as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate must be an optimistic individual, a fantastic team player, and have excellent communication skills.REQUIREMENTS:Sales & Customer Service experienceGrade 12/ equivalent. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.Must have valid drivers license and own reliable transportBachelors Degree/ or equivalentMust be computer literate.Must have good typing, phone, and computer navigation skills.Must have the ability to navigate the Internet, email, and chat with customers via Instant Messenger and Social Media. Customer service-oriented attitude.Must have an excellent command of English and Afrikaans(verbal and written).An additional South African language will be advantageous (verbal and written).Must be willing to work overtime.Duties:Be professional at all times and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and takes the highest priority. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support bycommunicating with customers through various channels. Manage all incoming calls and dedicate time to outbound call campaigns as well as any other assigned tasks. Be adaptable with different types of clients and scenarios such as assisting walk-in clients both individuals and tutor centre representatives. Maintain in-depth product knowledge and educate customers about our products. Maintain customer records by updating account information as well as communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
