Our Customer Service Account Managers called Happiness Engineers are responsible for providing training, support and problem resolution to Ship Monk accounts. They work closely with the accounts, our warehouse management and staff, and developers to ensure requests are done ontime and in a professional manner. We are seeking Happiness Engineers to join our team with the flexibility to work either our 900am1700pm or 1200pm800pm shift.
