SummaryThe successful candidate will need to provide excellent Wholesale Customer service, capturing orders, resolving telephonic and email queries, exploring opportunities to increase sales and tracking orders with the aim of developing new and maintaining good relationships with agents, wholesale and retail customers.Customer ServiceCustomer Queries (Inbox and Telephonic)Clear communication with Wholesale customers on late deliveries, stock availability and short shipmentsUpselling based on ATS if we do not have stock of a particular styleAssist Visual Merchandiser with queries, stock transfers etc.Ensure In-depth product knowledge keeping up to date with seasonal stock and product enhancements.Professional interaction and liaison with customers, suppliers and employeesCreate and reconcile reports of all possible customer issues so they can be highlighted to sale managerStock ManagementManage and plan the order bookProvide service to agents/field teamsObtain approval from sales manager for non-standard requests allocations and then actionFiling and general adminWork closely with logistics teams to ensure clear channels of communications through the supply chainCustomer OrderManage the entry of all customer orders for your specific brand into relevant ERPAction approved order amendmentsAction approved customer returnsReporting on customer ordersEnsure alignment with local logistics in order to ensure correct prioritization of ordersEnsure orders are updated with planned delivery datesEnsure that local logistics have correct VAS information timeously (labels etc)Follow up on sales and offer replenishment or fill in orders for house accountsAssist with corporate salesGeneralMaintain a professional image whilst in the office or travelingKeep work area clean and tidyAssist in the development of sound operational procedures and guide and nurture less-experienced team membersAny other reasonable and lawful ad hoc tasks or duties that may be required from time to time.Perks & BenefitsYou get to work for a rapidly expanding distributor with aspirational brandsGym & Shower facilitiesPersonal TrainerYogaPension FundMedical aid with Gap coverStaff Allocation (R10 000 Retail Value per annum)Staff discount (50% off for you and your family across all the brands within the group)Healthy Lunch subsidyCompany performance incentive schemeLong-service incentivesHolistic Employee Wellness programmeThe group prides itself in its effort to drive continuous employee engagement activities to enable a connected culture.Should you not be contacted regarding this position within 2 weeks from the closing date, please regard your application as unsuccessful.
