Clovers corporate strategy is to build onto existing competencies within the Group and to establish a culture of exceptional performance with a view to set a platform for future market expansion.Duties & Responsibilities:Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chatsProcessing and taking ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment Processing pertinent information into relevant databasesCustomer relationshipProblem solving tasks during shiftHandling and taking full responsibility for customer related queriesMake outgoing calls and execute outbound campaigns to identified customers, e.g. welcomecalls, failed purchases, etc.Excellent time management and adherence to schedulePerforming extra tasks given by managers / shift supervisors as requiredExperience & Qualification:Be in a possession of a CertificateBe a self-starter, self-motivated & goal orientatedBe able to work independently yet be a team playerBe an analytical thinker with problem solving abilityBe deadline driven & goal orientatedBe able to meet deadlines in a highly pressurised dynamic environmentBe able to handle confidential and personal mattersBe fully computer literate and have accurate typing skills
