DescriptionWe are looking for a talented CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR to join our team specializing in SERVICE for our DISTRIBUTION BUSI NESS SEGMENT in CAPE TOWN , SOUTH AFRICA . In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Provide expanded assistance to customers, including end-users, distributors, and/or dealers seeking information through various mediums, under minimum supervision.Document customer inquiry information within appropriate Cummins systems. Resolve non-routine customer issues through an understanding of Cummins processes, systems, and practices.Escalate complex issues providing documentation through process.Leadership - leading a team of technicians in the workshop and field.
