Reference: DUR001796-KS-1 Our client, a national manufacturing company, is currently seeking the services of a Customer Operations Manager for their branches in Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town. Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required: Degree or Diploma relevant to Sales, Marketing, Business Management. Minimum 8 years’ experience in FMCG sales environment. Minimum 5 years at management level, primarily operational and/or strategic of nature. Preferable experience in the Commodity Industry. KPA's: Sales management. Strategic development Agencies & Trade interaction. System management. Point of Purchase management Regional sales strategy Operation activity reports. Customer service. Key Account Responsibilities: Responsible for the assigned customer's achievement of volume and revenue objective by negotiating a dynamic annual agreement and by ensuring optimization in-store of key leverage of business (product weighted distribution, visibility, price competitiveness, promotion efficiency – pre and post evaluation).
