A venture startup providing unique insights into consumer behaviour for investors and corporate clients with a mission to deliver differentiated and in-depth consumer research, shaping investment decisions and strategic moves in the market is looking for a Customer Insights Specialist whose attention and efforts are on understanding customers (or customer segments) and proactively addressing different customer/client needs with the ability to understand and interpret a range of information and data in a way that gives meaning to marketing and communications and make it more effective with the ability to provide due consideration to risks, rewards and the cost of control measures in evaluating business opportunities, process and system changes. Job purpose description: Assist Customer Insight manager in applying the client service vision for Investor Service SA & ROA into delivering exceptional customer experience Post settlement query resolution being the main focus & includes settlement cash and custody account query types Effectively manage all client queries within specified timelines. Provide consistent quality and complete responses to client Drive automation to eliminate queries & provide possible solutions for service, system and process improvement within Investor Services Understand the risks associated with dealing with customers, customer queries and the dissemination of confidential information retain a high level of integrity and ethical standards Support SA Hub clients with query resolution beyond South Africa Efficient and effective service by ensuring that all queries are completed timely Qualifications and Experience: University degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering or a comparable field of study with a focus on data intensive applications Relationship Management Enterprise The Reference Number for this position is NG58794 which is a Permanent Hybrid position based in Cape Town offering a salary negotiable between R500k to R700k per annum negotiable on experience and ability.
