Requirements: Matric with Mathematics as a subject 5 years experience in Customer Service, Administration and Logistics In-depth knowledge of SAP as it relates to Customer service, Sales and Logistics processes In-depth and up to date knowledge of local import and export legislation, requirements and procedures (advantageous) Knowledge of IATA regulations and Hazardous goods shipping protocols (advantageous) Knowledge of international trade agreements (advantageous) Fully proficient in use of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience with CRM system advantageous Excellent communication skills Proven problem solving ability Able to work under pressure in demanding environment Self-motivated, goal oriented and assertive Strong prioritization & time management; organisational skills Good relationship management skills Good understanding of sales and business processes as well as the ability to take up and structure new topics Able to work as member of a team and lead, when required The Successful candidate must reside in Boksburg or surrounding areas.
