Customer Care Service Agent - Aus Inbound Campaign Cape Town

Our client an International BPO based in Cape Town is looking to employ 20 customer service agents for an Australian insurance campaign Individual should have: problem solving and analytic mind set, attention to detail, ability to work towards targets, patient and professional, resonably tech savvy, type 30 wpm, be able to up-sell and take on board the training. Coming from a life insurance or financial services background will be an advantage. Ability to multi-task and navigate the system. The working hours are between 10 pm to 9 am in a 9 hour shift from a Monday to Sunday work week. You will receive 2 days (may not be consecutive) off and 5 days on. *A neutral English accent* is required and excellent verbal and written communication. *Please note: candidate must be a South African citizen, have a matriculation, a clear credit and a clear criminal record. * You will receive: Thorough 8 - 10 week training off site, thereafter you will work in office. During Covid-19, staff will be transported to and from work. Salary: Basic R7000 per month, shift allowance, contribution paid by the company towards medical aid (voluntary), pension and associated risk contribution portion paid by company (voluntary) and an incentive based bonus.
