Customer Care Representative - Multi-Location SupportApply locationsLithia Springs, GA (Douglas Hills Road)Job TypeFull timePosted7 Days AgoJob Requisition IDJob DescriptionPerform customer service duties such as processing customer orders, tracking product availability, and handling customer inquiries promptly.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInvoice and verify accounts accurately and timely.Verify inbound receipts for accuracy.Develop and maintain professional customer relationships.Generate customer reports (weekly, monthly, late / bill reports) upon request.Coordinate product availability and scheduling with the warehouse team.Collaborate with Operations on special client requests; expedite when necessary.Serve as the first point of contact for resolving customer issues.Maintain organized and comprehensive documentation.ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with Inventory and Operations to research inventory discrepancies and misplacements.High School diploma or GED; depending on the facility, this may be required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English may be required.Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and prioritization.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills.May be required to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
