The incumbent is also responsible to efficiently manage all customer communication & queries and OTIF fulfillment to maximize business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with supply chain order alignment Managing all customer communication (queries, deliveries, priorities etc) Provide accurate customer status reports Update and capture customer data into ERP systems Processing and coordinating with internal stake holders (eg customer complaint, returns concerns) Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Matric with Relevant Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent Fresh graduates are welcome to apply SAP experience is advantageous Competencies: Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask Organised and structured High level of integrity Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.
