Customer Care Agent Job Description Our client in the Emergency Response Industry is currently looking to recruit Emergency Response Call Centre Agents to work as part of their team. This position requires individuals who are motivated, professional and able to work 12hour day and night shifts.
Minimum Requirements
Own reliable transport, as working hours are shifts. Making use of public transport isnt always possible
Must live in or around Durban
Proficient in English in a professional manner
Matric
Previous experience as a Call Centre Agent, especially as an Emergency Response Call Centre Agent, will count in your favour
Tech savvy and computer literate
Duties
Operators are the first point of contact for individuals in emergency situations. When a user requests help, it will be your responsibility calmly and professionally evaluate their situation, coordinate emergency response services, and offer first line support until help arrives and the immediate danger has passed.

Reliable, dedicated, and hardworking
Tech savvy with good computer literacy skills and attention to detail
Resilient in stressful situations and able to perform under pressure
Minimum requirement is matric coupled with 34 years working experience in a Contact Centre.
A passion for customer service and a professional attitude at all times.
The incumbent should have excellent interpersonal skills.
The ability to cope with a constant changing and pressurised environment.
The ability to work in an environment where multiskilling is required.
Work accurately with high level of attention to detail.
Advanced MS Office proficiency.
