Join our clients dynamic team and advance your career as a Creditors Clerk As the Creditors Clerk you will be responsible for the below: Match and capture supplier invoices, ensuring they are valid tax invoices, properly approved and supported by purchase orders. Reconcile accounts payable ledgers with supplier statements and promptly resolve any discrepancies. Manage all supplier payments, ensuring they are processed accurately and on time. Reconcile the goods received schedule, follow up on outstanding items and submit accruals for month-end processing. Perform additional duties related to the accounts payable function as required. Job Experience and Skills Required: Completed Matric. Completed BCom in Accounting and related field. 3 years of experience in similar field. Experience on Syspro is preferred.
