PG Glass fits only genuine Shatterprufe, Safevue, OE glass, Armourplate, LLumar, and PG SmartGlass products.Main Job PurposeTo manage the front desk of a service centre by providing professional operational support and general business consultation to all customers and staff.
The focus is to ensure compliance with corporate identity and that the correct advice is given to customers.
To ensure all internal sales are processed accurately and that the correct money is collected.
To be fully familiar with all products sold by PG Glass.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCheck and allocate payments correctly to ensure debtor accounts are accurate and up to date.Monitor, investigate, and ensure payments are made by customers, including borderaux clients, in a timely manner to control overdue accounts.Ensure debtors adhere to the terms and credit limits agreed and approved for effective account management.Generate exposures where warranted or requested by customers and resolve account queries before month-end.Assist with the financial year-end process and audits by providing relevant and accurate information.Support the business by resolving account-related queries promptly while maintaining high customer service standards.Communicate relevant information effectively to all stakeholders to support decision-making.Desired Experience & QualificationsQualificationsGrade 12Diploma in Creditor Control Management or equivalentKnowledge & SkillsAccountingKnowledge of the Credit ActSAPLogical ThinkingCommunication SkillsBusiness Writing SkillsAttention to DetailComputer SkillsListening SkillsProblem SolvingTelephone EtiquetteDiplomacy and TactEmotional ControlProactive ApproachExperienceAt least 3 years as a Credit Controller3 years in an FMCG environment
