Credit Scoring Manager

Key Qualifications and Expertise Education: A degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience: 5-10 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in credit scoring model development.
1-2 years of experience managing teams and overseeing projects.
Previous consulting experience is a plus.
Core Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proven ability to manage quantitative modeling projects and lead teams effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in coding (SAS, SQL, Python, etc.).
Deep understanding of IFRS9 and Basel regulations in relation to credit risk management is highly advantageous.
Solid experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Additional experience with Python and cloud computing is beneficial.
