It is imperative that you come from the courier express industry as you will need to hit the ground running from day one. As the Business Development Manager you will be required to guide, support and provide any solutions where needed to retention customers, ensuring the key accounts are satisfied with the company’s services. Main responsibilities will include maintaining and negotiating specific rates growing the company’s sales revenues, developing and implementing strategic plans and goals that are in line with the company’s processes and procedures and growing business by seeking out potential customers. This is a lucrative earning potential with many growth opportunities allowing for endless possibilities.

Matric:non negotiable
Degree:BCom Degree or equivalent qualifications would be an advantage.

Minimum 3-5 years’ sales experience in the courier industry
E-commerce and pharmaceutical knowledge will be advantageous

Skills Required:
Strategic and dynamic in well versed solution selling
Ability to hit the ground running from day 1
Profession business acumen
