A well-established electrical and lighting solutions company is looking for a Courier Clerk to join their team in Randburg.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely dispatch of orders.
Key Responsibilities: Process and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Liaise with courier companies to arrange collections and deliveries.
Track shipments and provide customers with delivery updates.
Handle queries related to deliveries, delays, or missing items.
Maintain records of shipments, invoices, and courier costs.
Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth logistics.
Requirements: Min 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer systems and tracking software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
