Reporting directly to the GMs.
Office administrator position for a private island resort in northern Mozambique 18 guests/50 staff.
Strong administration / organisational / accounting skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills for 20-30% of duties are pertaining to Resort Anchor.
Assistant to the GMs and keeping abreast of the daily, weekly and monthly office admin duties; recons, reporting and analysis, stock takes for all departments, month end procedures, ordering, supply co-ordination, HR, liaising with mainland office, systemisation and organisational aspects of all departments.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, computers and office devices.
High professionalism expected at all times, only the occasional social drink when hosting guests.

Reporting directly to the GMs; integrating into the Watersports team working under the Activities Manager.
Boat skills / boat repair knowledge / skipper experience beneficial but not essential.
Must be a renewed PADI Instructor in PADI teaching status.
After year 1, company covers cost of PADI renewal.
Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance a must.
Personalised DSD lessons and extreme care and assistance during dives, as well as in the full range of PADI courses.
Good computer skills beneficial.
Excellent interpersonal skills necessary. Soft selling
Professionalism, patience, kindness, helpfulness and empathy with ‘can do’ approach. The guest comes first.
Healthy habits, fit, outdoors person, keen to guide other activities, fishing, diving, kayaking, marine walks etc.
Accommodation in an air-conditioned private senior staff-unit and all meals.
Six-day work week, three months on the island, and two weeks off the island.
Three return airline tickets to Johannesburg per annum.
