Cost Accountant / Analyst

A powerhouse within the South African FMCG sector is looking for a skilled and experienced Cost Analyst to join one of their production plants based in JHB West. The entity produces a wide range of perishable and long-life products across multiple plants throughout South Africa and is responsible for the production and distribution of many of our household name products. As the Cost Analyst / Cost Accountant you will take responsibility for product costing, BOM, variance analysis and in-depth plant-based cost analysis, down to a per product and brand level. Education:
Completed Bcom / Btech Finance Qualification
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 2 – 3 years Cost Accounting / Cost Analyst experience
Experience gained within the FMCG / Manufacturing sectors – crucial
Highly experienced in areas of costing, BOM’s as well as variance and cost analysis
