Corporate Internal Broker

The purpose of the role is to ensure accurate backup support to Branch and Team and deliver high levels of client service / skills in line with operating procedures and governance.  QUALIFICATIONSMatric, FAIS Compliant (Full Short Term Insurance Qualification at NQF level 4 or higher). Higher qualification advantageSuccessfully passed RE1 / 5MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEffective Time Management skills, computer literacy (TIAL, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Email, Telephone Etiquette, SOP concept. High standard of written spoken English. Demonstrate Corporate and technical knowledgeMINIMUM YEARS OF FORMAL & INFORMAL TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREDMinimum five years relevant work experience in short term insurance KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS1. Underwriting / Processing / Back up support / management of accounts / credit control2. Compliance adherence3. Occasional client interfacing and associated skills4.
