Job Description

Research and generate new, relevant content to use on all digital and print media platforms.
Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content.
Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, print media and video script writing.
Working with the marketing team in office and on site developing content for advertising campaigns.
Identifying projects’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company’s current content.
Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website with blogs.
Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
Skills

A portfolio of published articles. Excellent writing and editing skills. Exceptional communication skills. Sales copywriting experience - be able to communicate the value of products that generate sales. Can take own initiative and be a self-starter. Creative thinker. Previous experience in the property and property development industry will be an advantage.
