Introduction
The Technician is responsible for managing the quality of service delivered to customers.
A large part of this position is to assist and manage the area in their relative regions. A person with a pro-active and customer service mindset is required for this position.
A good understanding of service delivery, customer service, Time Management and planning is essential to this post.
Duties & Responsibilities
Daily Responsibilities
Assist the Call Centre on daily task and customer support.
Installation of equipment on customers network.
Setup of Scanning and Printing.
Basic electronic testing.
Servicing and repairing of all low and high-volume equipment.
Servicing of all Mono and Colour equipment.
Reducing the cost on all equipment in the work area (Toner and Spares usage).
Ordering of spares needed on equipment serviced in that day.
Be able to perform minor services, repairs and spares replacement on Wide Format equipment.
Provide excellent customer service
Assist the meter reading department with queries
Completing of calls assigned to you for the day by the service controllers
Always be well groomed.
Attend all training provided by the company.
