Education and Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Cook in a contract catering environment is essentialFood and Beverage or Culinary arts qualificationMatricMust be able to do batch cooking in a hospital environmentExperience in hospital environment is advantageousKey Areas of Responsibility: Contribute to the efficient running of the kitchen by producing and presenting food of the highest qualitySupporting the kitchen team with general duties.
