MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:The aim of a Monitoring Centre Associate I is to handle incoming signals and monitor all Response and Patrol resources.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Grade 12 (Matric)Grade C PSIRA RegisteredResponsibilities and Duties:Administration:Monitor and action emergency and non-emergency signalsContact premises/clients/key holders as neededRecord all relevant information into the system using a computerReport incidents and accidents to the senior on dutyComplete all relevant administrative work and handle signalsMonitor and address vehicle violationsUpdate timesheetsComputers and Equipment Management:Report faults to the appropriate authorityUse company telephones responsibly, avoiding private callsFollow safety and zero harm standardsMonitoring Centre Tidiness:Maintain a clean and tidy workstationClient Liaison:Assist clients via phone with issues or complaintsUpdate client information, such as holiday instructionsReport faulty alarm systemsRecord and report sales leadsGeneral:Maintain sound knowledge of all aspects of the roleAttend meetings and training sessionsStandard Operating Procedures:Uphold SOPsMeet service level and performance targetsProvide high standards of serviceAd-hoc Tasks:Assist with other tasks and projects as requiredWe reserve the right not to appoint to any advertised position.
