Control Room Operator

We are looking for a Control Room Operator Grade B ( Security ) in Bloemfontein with at least 1 year experience as a Controller in the Security industry. Duties To operate and respond to all aspects of Control Room Operation including emergency response i.e. Fire and emergency alarm system To operate, monitor, evaluate and maintain CCTV systems ensuring visual images are always to necessary standard, download recording for law enforcement agencies Manage the intercom Manage the dedicated emergency telephones and the telephone systems and be aware of emergency procedures Manage the radio networks communicating with Security To maintain the key issues records and deal with it To maintain records of all visitors and contractors on site Report any incidents to the emergency services Monitor the fire alarm systems Undertake other duties that is necessary within the Security Control Room Report failures or issues to head of security Qualifications, Skills and Competencies Delivering great customer service. Control room experience of two years. Computer literacy -Attention to detail. Work under pressure. Formal CCTV Operator training (Certificate). Grade B or C PSIRA Registered (Updated). Clear Criminal Record. Strong admin background and experience in posting. Matric. Dedicated and hardworking. Experience: Control Room Operator : 1 year (Preferred)
