CTR Construction are looking for a Contracts Manager for a Refurbishment Contractor based in East London Location: East London Job Title: Contracts Manager Contract type: Permanent Salary: £70,000 + Package The Role Our client is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their £40 million turnover business, managing and supporting projects up to £10 million in value. They specialise in Refurbishment projects across London & South East. As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for: Managing upwards of 10 Contracts/Projects at any one time Producing and maintaining site surveys Negotiating to secure orders & more About You Due to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated in London or Essex. Ideally you will have 5+ years experience across the above named sectors. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Contracts Management and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
