The Main Purpose of the JobThe successful applicant will be responsible for managing all subordinate staff on the integrated services in accordance with sector strategy, contract specifications, and statutory regulations.
This will include providing operational support, overseeing client services, training, audits, and industrial relations related issues in the designated areas, as well as managing operational costs.
Education and Experience Required:Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Service Industry – preferably from a solution contract sales industryTertiary qualification (preferred)Valid SA driver's licenseExperience in selling soft services/similar services would be an advantage Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:Knowledge of the relevant cleaning sectorKnowledge of South African and industry-specific lawsKnowledge of MS Office; specifically Excel and WordKnowledge of HSEProactive approach and attention to detailProfessionalCustomer service skillsManagement skillsCommunication skillsAbility to manage and ensure costs remain within the budget and promote cost-saving where achievableAbility to draft, extract and analyze reportsExcellent interpersonal and leadership skillsSound administration skillsAbility to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize effectivelyAbility to work flexible hours when required Key Areas of Responsibility:Maximize the utilization of workforce, supplies, and equipmentEnsure financial performance achieves targets in revenue and margin growthManaging the cost and quality for labor, materials, supplies, and subcontracted services
